Bo Zou
Profile: Having completed his degrees in Applied Physics, Arts Criticism and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) with Ergonomics, Bo's vision is to merge science and art, in search of the ultimate harmony of "the self" and "the other", the "inside" and the "outside", the "virtual presence" and the "physical reality"...This leads naturally to his career path in "experience design". Having worked as a user experience advocate and information architect for many years, Bo has been missioned to help bridging technology and design. From telecommunications, media, entertainment, gaming, hotel / resorts, to healthcare and pharma, Bo has a broad range of industry experiences. With rich experience in web strategy / competitive analysis, user centered design (UCD), usability evaluations / testing, accessibility, information architecture and rapid prototyping, Bo's portfolio includes: IKEA, TOSHIBA, Best Buy, New York Fries, Toys'R'Us, CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association), Evergreen, OPA (Ontario Power Association), Ontario Ministry of Health Promotions, CAMH, AXE, Cosmopolitan TV, Molson, France Telecom, Vodafone (UK), CanWest, Elysian, and large e-health information portals such as Healthy Ontario, Insulin Journal and OncologySTAT. Bo currently leads the User Experience team at CP B Canada. His team oversees the user experience and strategy through all digital channels. Since arriving at CP B he has guided innovative digital work for practically every CP B Canada client, including Molson, Ikea, Toshiba, AXE, Best Buy, to name but a few.
